Welcome to ScrollStrike. ScrollStrike is an independent software tool built and maintained under FegoPics, an independent developer profile run by a solopreneur. By downloading our free version, purchasing a license, or redeeming an authorized code, you agree to these clear and simple terms.
1. License & Permitted Use
When you obtain a ScrollStrike license, you are granted a non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the plugin according to these guidelines:

- Commercial Use on Your Own Sites: You may use ScrollStrike on personal and commercial websites that you own and operate (including monetized affiliate blogs, e-commerce stores, and digital publications).
- Full Feature Access: You can configure and display highlighters, visual previews, and custom settings across your allowed domains as permitted by your plan.
✕ What You Cannot Do
- No Redistribution or Reselling: You may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, share, lease, or publicly upload the plugin's
.zipfile, code, or redemption codes to any third-party, file-sharing site, or client transfer package. - Non-Transferable: Your license and redemption credentials are tied to your personal ownership and cannot be divided, resold, or re-allocated to outside parties.
2. Refund Policy
Because ScrollStrike is distributed across multiple authorized channels as downloadable software, refund handling depends on where you made your purchase:
A. Gumroad Purchases (Digital Downloads)
- All Sales Are Final: Because ScrollStrike is delivered as an instant, downloadable digital software file (
.zip), purchases made directly through Gumroad are non-refundable. - Try Before You Buy: We provide a 100% Free Forever version so you can thoroughly test the plugin's workflow and compatibility on your WordPress site before purchasing a paid plan.

- Direct Processing: Because AppSumo collects and manages your billing details directly, all refund requests for AppSumo purchases must be initiated and handled directly through your AppSumo customer account.
3. Updates & Future Major Versions
- Included Updates: Lifetime PRO and active subscription license holders receive bug fixes, improvements, and updates released for this version of ScrollStrike.
- Future Major Releases: We reserve the right to develop and introduce major new products, completely rebuilt successor versions, or brand-new tools under distinct
.zippackages which may require a separate purchase.
4. Software Compatibility & Warranty
- "As-Is" Software: ScrollStrike is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we rigorously test every release for modern WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) standards, we cannot guarantee conflict-free compatibility with every third-party theme, conflicting page builder, or custom script.
- Site Performance: You remain responsible for maintaining regular backups of your WordPress database and site files before installing or updating any third-party plugins.
